Partitioning your Hard disk with ontrack disk manager Step by Step

Procedure to partition your Hard disk with Ontrack disk manager.

Follow the Step by step Procedure Below:

      1: Connect your Hard disk and boot from Ontrack Disk manager Disk.

          The very first screen will display as below,here just press "ENTER"

    
        2. In the next screen Just Press "ENTER"

 

   
       3. Here Select "Advance Options" and Press "ENTER"

     
       4. Here Select "Advanced Installation" and Press "Enter"

       5. In this screen your hard disk will be shown, simply press "Enter"

        6.  Select " 32-Bit" Fat filesystem and press "Enter"

   
        7.  Select the option that best suits you

        A. only one partition for "option A"
        B.  Predefine Partitions with "option B"
        C. Define your own partion size for "option C"

 

          8. In the next screen just select "Yes" and press "Enter"

        
         9. Here Select "Yes" and Press "Enter"

           10. Overview your options and press "Yes" and select "Enter" to format your Hard disk with
                 above shown settings.

               11. Hard Disk is being formatted in Fat 32 and partitions will be created.

          

 

     
         12. Just Press Ctrl+Alt+Del buttons and restart and remove the diskmanager disk and install
              the oprating system you want.
